Marathon Update

Not a whole lot to write here today except that the weather is getting warmer by the day here in Oregon and I’m really excited about being able to run in the evenings again.

I printed out a seventeen week training plan for beginners from here.  I have it posted prominently on my bathroom mirror so that it’s up front in my mind.  A brief scan makes me wonder when I’m going to be fitting all those miles in as I get closer to race day.  Should be interesting!
