A moment of silence please for the title transferring of one 2004 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012.
It will always be remembered fondly as the first motorcycle. The motorcycle that helped me through obtaining my riders endorsement. The motorcycle that went camping with objects bungee tied to every exposed pipe. The motorcycle that was amazingly fun to ride, but you paid in pain for the following days. Without it I wouldn’t be a rider.
However, after the purchase of the BMW R1200GS I didn’t ride it nearly enough to justify keeping it. So it was sold and hopefully will find a home where someone will adore it, ride it, and polish the obnoxious amount of chrome until it sparkles in the sun.
Ride on Sporty!
